Spinach & Sundried Tomato Pasta

An old boss who loved cooking gave me this recipie… its WAY easy, and is really really REALLY cheap to make for dinner or as a side dish with something else.

Ingredients:

  • Baby Spinach Leaves (4 handfulls)
  • Small Tub of Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Small Packet of Pasta
  • ‘Cooking Cream’
  • Garlic

I bought this rad little blender from somewhere, and im stoaked when ever i get a chance to use it.

Basically…throw all the stuff in there, and mix it til you’re content with the consistancy…

Another thing to do, which i didnt do this time, but isnt a bad idea, is getting pine nuts, and cooking them up, and throwing them on top for a bit of honest crunch.
